About Zach
Zach is an Atlanta-area native who lives in Grant Park with his wife and two young daughters. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2010, he spent three glorious years at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where he met his wife, Mary. He followed her to New York City and built a career in craft beer sales, eventually returning home to Georgia in 2021 as Sales Director at Monday Night Brewing. He later spent time in hotel real estate brokerage with Marcus & Millichap before shifting his focus to residential.
In 2024, Zach co-founded Rosa, a full-service neighborhood Mexican restaurant in Virginia Highland, managing vendor relations, staffing, and financial oversight through its launch, experience that translates directly into how he negotiates and problem-solves for clients today. Zach reactivated his Georgia real estate license and joined Johnson & Co. in January, becoming a full licensed team member in August. He's also a Certified Cicerone®, a dedicated home cook and backyard smoker, and a hands-on DIYer who's always got a project going at his 1920s bungalow, so he knows firsthand what it takes to find a home that works for a growing family.
