Zach Monger started his real estate career in 2009 as a licensed agent with Keller Williams Realty while completing his 4-year bachelor’s degree in business/marketing at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Being born into a family where dinner table conversations consisted of land development, new construction, and the family’s rental portfolio made becoming a realtor a natural fit. After working with several investor clients at a young age, Zach developed a strong work ethic and skill set that continues to be a value proposition for all of his clients today.

In 2014 Zach was determined to take his real estate career to the next level so he packed his car and moved from eastern Pennsylvania to Naples, FL for an opportunity as a new construction on-site salesperson representing several luxury builders in multiple high-end communities in Naples. In 2017 Zach switched gears again and took the position of head of sales for a Naples luxury custom home builder. Zach has played a big role in growing that company into what it is today by most recently selling over $100,000,000 in new construction, renovations, and resales between 2021-2022. In May of 2023 Zach pivoted again and decided it was time to build his own brand. He vetted several real estate brokerages in Naples and found that Compass has the best tools to complement his strategy of offering a personalized experience for his current and future clients.

In his free time, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife and two golden doodles (Benny & LuLu), golfing, boating, and enjoying the dozens of fine dining options Naples has to offer.
