"Zach was tremendously helpful and patient with me in the search for housing. We looked at numerous homes, apartments, and condominiums for nearly 6 months. I was extremely picky, due to a gardening hobby and numerous other requirements. Throughout, Zach was proactive in suggesting suitable listings and scheduling appointments, and was always promptly available for viewings in order to not let opportunities pass. At all times, Zach was able to provide clear answers about the purchase process, inspections, and document review, and promptly sought any information not provided by the seller's agent.
