Maybe, but let me tell you about my real estate agent, Zach Wallace, who went above and beyond business as usual and showed great compassion and understanding. My agent, Zach Wallace, was extremely patient, considerate, and kind while understanding that I am a retired prior military man on a fixed income. After showing me numerous houses, I finally found a home I thought I wanted even though it was a thousand miles away from my family. Zach and I immediately developed a strategy on making an offer on the house that would leave me with few closing costs. Here is where Zach restored my belief in the goodness of people and set himself apart in my eyes. Zach told me to not worry about the option fee, that he would pay it. He seemed to take partial responsibility for the offer being accepted when that wasn't his responsibility. The offer being accepted was all me; I wanted the offer made, and I was in the driver seat. However, Zach, seeing that I was emotionally shaken said he was going to the appropriate office to pay the fee and for me to not worry about it. I was stunned at his generosity as he insisted on it and wished me well with the future and my eventual move to reunite with family. What can you say about such consideration except THANK YOU! I'm shaking while writing this review because I have not experienced such humanity. I am incredibly humbled and, of course, will repay him soon even though he doesn't expect it back.
