Zach Fagas

Born and raised in St. Louis, Zach is a proud graduate of St. Mary's High School (Class of 2011). After high school, he attended Missouri State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in General Business with a minor in Psychology in 2015. During his time at MSU, he became a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity, building lasting friendships and professional connections that continue to shape his life today. After college, he ventured into the restaurant industry, where he co-founded a restaurant with a close friend. While the experience was invaluable, he eventually realized his passion lay elsewhere. He transitioned into real estate, earning his license and founding a business that blends his entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for helping people find their perfect spaces. In addition to his professional endeavors, he is deeply involved in fitness and martial arts. He trains, coaches, and competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and regularly participates in CrossFit and gym workouts. His dedication to physical fitness is not just a hobby—it's a key part of his personal discipline and mindset. Outside of work and fitness, his greatest pride is his family. He's been with his incredible wife, Gina, since high school, and together they have two amazing sons, Calvin and Theo, and a loyal German Shepherd, Cooper. They live in South County, where they enjoy family time and the close-knit subdivision community. Alongside his real estate career, he also co-hosts a podcast, "The Zach and Pat Show," with his good friend and member Patrick Doyle. The podcast, available on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts, covers a wide range of topics, from business and entrepreneurship to personal growth and fitness.
