Zach began his real estate career in 2007, spending over a decade in commercial real estate before transitioning into the luxury residential space. As a client-focused veteran who has brokered transactions through many market cycles, Zach brings a wealth of experience and market knowledge that allows him to expertly guide his clients through every stage of a deal. His 18 years of attention to detail and client-first mentality have fueled his success and positioned him at the forefront of the industry. With over $450M in career sales, Zach specializes in residential, multifamily, development, and commercial properties throughout the greater Los Angeles area, with a keen focus on the Westside, Eastside, and the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys. His offices in Beverly Hills, Pasadena, and Sherman Oaks allow him to effectively service clients across the region with the same high standard of care. 

Zach and his husband have two children and two very energetic black labs, and he has a passion for architecture, technology, and the culinary and creative arts.
