Zack Higgins is the kind of real estate agent who makes you feel like
you’re working with a friend. Hailing from West Palm Beach, Florida,
Zack has spent years perfecting his ability to connect with people and
understand their unique needs, making the often overwhelming process of

approach comes from over 20 years of coaching tennis and pickleball,
where he’s learned that everyone has their own path to success. Now,
he’s bringing that same personal touch to the real estate world, helping

work, you’ll find Zack enjoying a game of pickleball, exploring the
Colorado outdoors, or getting lost in a good book. Inspired by the
