Zeke's professional journey is grounded in significant roles outside of real estate which established his expertise. He first played a pivotal role as the Lead Buyer in opening the first Carmax location in Charlotte, NC, setting high standards for quality and business strategy. Following that success, he transitioned to management, serving as a Manager at Costco, where he mastered complex operations and member service. This progression from strategic purchasing to team management gives Zeke a practical, sharp edge in property valuation and negotiation, ensuring his clients get the best results in competitive markets.

When he's not working for his clients, Zeke is a proud and engaged father.
