Prior to his career pivot to real estate, Paul worked as a professional chef and restaurateur for 27 years, owning eight popular restaurants throughout NYC and one in Washington DC, including BLT Prime, BLT Steak in DC, Thai restaurants Rain East and Rain West, Calle Ocho, and more. 

Carolyn Zweben's early focus was in fine art sales, working at a gallery and also an art appraisal company.  These early jobs fostered her skills and passion for sales and was a natural  transition to the real estate industry.  

Now, nearly 20 years later, Paul and Carolyn and their team are consistently ranked as one of the top real estate teams at Compass and also nationally.  With team members who specialize in neighborhoods throughout New York City, they ensure they don't miss a beat and are ready to help clients through all life transitions.  We are also well-versed in the intricacies of estate sales.
