Favorite thing about Compass

“It’s an incredible learning experience to examine all aspects of our business and ensure that both 'what we say’ — our narrative — and 'how we say it’ through art and design is consistent and effective. From developing design that supports national expansion to daily collaboration with team members around the country, creativity leads everything we do.”

Favorite thing about Compass

“At Compass, you’re never boxed into your role; instead, you’re challenged to envision and invent it. One day I could be developing advertising copy for a national campaign; the next, I'm editing a magazine feature. Plus, the depth and diversity of talent within our department creates a truly dynamic work environment."
