Field Readiness Manager

The CIH Inventory & Leads Program serves as the primary engine for capturing and converting high-intent consumer traffic into real estate transactions. Through strategic partnerships with Redfin.com and Rocket Mortgage, the program delivers a diversified lead pipeline to agents, including high-volume web inquiries and “finance-first” pre-qualified buyers.
As a Field Readiness Manager, you are responsible for ensuring inventory and lead programs are effectively translated into field understanding by aligning strategy, execution, and adoption. You will work at the intersection of Strategy, GTM, and Brokerage Leadership, in close partnership with L&D, Communications, Operations, and regional leadership (RVPs, DOOs) to ensure programs are clearly positioned, operationally executable, and adopted in the field. This is a role focused on driving consistent, high-quality field execution, ensuring marketplace strategies translate into aligned actions, strong adoption, and measurable progress toward goals, while maintaining field readiness at launch and continuously improving programs through structured feedback and cross-functional collaboration.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Program Readiness
- Partner with L&D, brokerage and GTM stakeholders to translate program strategy into field-ready execution plans
- Align messaging, workflows, and expectations across:
- PMO
- Communications
- Field Leadership (RVPs, DOOs, Sales Managers)
- Performance Advisors, CIH Leads
- Ensure programs are operationally sound and field-ready prior to launch
2. Field Execution Ownership
- Partner with Business Consultants, RVPs and DOOs as a strategic counterparts
- Ensure field leaders and supporting teams are equipped to drive consistent execution across offices
- Monitor how programs are being implemented and drive alignment when inconsistencies emerge across regions
3. In-Market Signal & Insight
- Establish structured mechanisms to gather feedback from the field
- Identify patterns in adoption, confusion, and friction
- Distinguish between:
- Messaging gaps
- Operational breakdowns
- Product issues
- Translate field signal into clear, prioritized insights for Strategy and Product teams
4. Cross-Functional Feedback Loops
- Serve as the connective layer across:
- Strategy
- GTM (Comms, Ops)
- Product / PMO
- Field Leadership
- Ensure feedback results in action, primarily through Business Consultants, and close the loop by driving updates back into the field with clarity and consistency
5. Iteration & Continuous Improvement
- Drive ongoing refinement of programs based on field performance and feedback
- Partner with Business Consultants, GTM stakeholders to evolve messaging, materials, and workflows
- Support re-deployment of program updates with clear expectations for the field
- Ensure iteration cycles are fast and impactful
6. Field Performance & Adoption Insight
- Evaluate how programs impact:
- Adoption and engagement
- Agent behavior
- Conversion outcomes
- Surface insights that connect execution quality to business performance
- Provide leadership with a clear view of what’s working, what’s not, and why
Success Metrics
- Program adoption and consistency across regions
- Field clarity and confidence (measured through reduced confusion and inbound)
- Speed and effectiveness of feedback → iteration cycles
- Reduction in execution variability across the field
- Measurable performance improvements tied to program adoption
Ideal Profile
- Strategic operator who can translate vision into field execution
- Strong cross-functional leader, comfortable influencing without direct authority
- Experience in real estate field operations, GTM strategy, or large-scale program rollout
- Excellent communicator with ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences
- Strong synthesis and pattern recognition skills
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and outcomes
Workplace & Location: This is a fully in-office role, with opportunities to be based in any of our following locations: New York City, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, Atlanta, Nashville, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, and Houston.
Compensation: The expected base pay for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
