Coordinator, Demand Generation

The Demand Gen Coordinator plays a critical operational role in managing the full funnel of inbound demand generation (DG) leads. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly responsive, and comfortable using technology to scale communications and streamline manual tasks.
This role is 100% onsite based out of Boston (Newbury St.)
Key Responsibilities
- Build, QA, and launch campaigns end-to-end across multiple markets and brands
- Turn core assets (eGuides, webinars, insights) into ads, emails, and landing pages
- Support paid media execution and creative testing (copy, formats, audiences)
- Build and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Manage webinar setup, logistics, and follow-up communications
- Track campaign performance (cost per lead, conversion rates, engagement) and recommend improvements
- Research and test new acquisition channels
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign builds, and testing
- Own campaign project management - timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination from brief to launch
- Manage content and asset production - ensuring ads, emails, landing pages, and creative are developed, QA’d, and delivered on time
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or B2B sales support
- Hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns - campaign creation, audience building, bid strategy, creative testing
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Highly responsive and comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Savvy with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and capable of developing content prompts and sales messaging for automation
- Strong analytical instincts; able to monitor patterns in lead flow and performance
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is a base pay of $30–$36 hourly ($62,400–$75,000 annually); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
