ADU's may require additional parking.Review of rapid transit stops and schedules need to be reviewed to determine if additional parking is required for ADU's. Utilities are available for the property. Water, power and gas are available along OceanAvenue. Sewage disposal is possible through 3 avenues: 1) create a Private SewerEasement with the northerly property owner or 2) utilize the existing Public SewerEasement that runs along the rear of the westerly property and the side of its northerly neighbor to an existing sewer line in Mabery Rd below the property or 3) by the installation of an on-site waste disposal system.
