is mostly level near Nesting Road, then slopes downward towards Mud Creek, which is mostly swamp.

. Additionally, Middlesex's GIS maps show a large amount of wetlands on the tract. The road
network allows to access most areas of the tract either by truck or ATV. Middlesex is a waterfront county fronting the
Rappahannock River along its eastern edge. The presence of the flood plain and
