The association refinished the surface of community pool, and upgraded the pool decking, walkways & oceanfront decking during this time period also. The HOA dues cover flood, wind & fire, as well as liability on the common grounds and also the water for the 4 units so there is not a water utility for the homeowner. Each owner has a 1/4 ownership of the land, which is great and not typical. There are parking spaces located under the home with additional space in the parking lot. Excellent rental due to the care of the property and the location.
