Auto vacuum with large custom composite steps into the pool. Surrounded by a 16 x16 deck, with patio furnishings and a gas burner for warmth and ambiance. Large storage shed I use for tools and equipment 12 x 16 with lighting and power outlet. A spring fed well, great tasting no smell water, straight from aquifer. Power Supply from POLE at road is under ground to structures, so no ugly power lines. The large covered area 40 x 40 with rock and landscape timbers enclosing rock...designed for camper as tall as 12.5 ft x 11ft wide and a large area for trucks boats side by side etc. The property contains large LIVE oaks 80 plus years old. Magnolias and other mature species, large expansive green yard with many sago palms etc..
