The "dock" is next to the art studio and consists of a bulkheaded and backfilled area with pilings and slips. It is believed that this area was dredged, but the current depth is uncertain. There is an electronic boat lift here. It has been suggested that the new owner should construct a pier perpendicular to the shore, thereby securing very deep water.
