With over 300 days of sunshine, the solar system provides adequate power to the cabin. Propane is utilized for the wall heaters and select light fixtures. This parcel is in Colorado Game Management Unit (GMU) 79, which provides over-the-counter archery Elk tags (either sex – resident only). Muzzleloader and rifle season are on a draw basis for both Elk and Mule Deer.
