The sunroom features a fireplace and large windows that frame peaceful views of the backyard where the home backs up to woods and a small creek. It feels private quiet and connected to nature. The kitchen is clean as a pin and beautifully maintained. There is plenty of cabinet space and lots of counter space including new counters added in 2024. The appliances were replaced in 2020 and everything feels fresh functional and timeless. I especially love the breakfast area overlooking the backyard which makes everyday moments feel special. One of the details that always makes me smile is the new sunscreen flooring installed in November of 2024 which adds comfort and polish to the living spaces. The guest bath offers ample counter space and continues the same clean classic feel found throughout the home. Outside I appreciate how completely landscaped this property is on all four sides. The lawn is professionally treated and beautifully maintained and the level yard is perfect for relaxing or entertaining on the patio.
