It has city water, sewer, gas, electricity, a fireplace, a huge front yard and a very large backyard, the roof does not leak, at this moment, the neighbors seem great, in town location with shopping all around. Gas stove, gas water heater, wall heaters, free standing fireplace, covered deck in the back yard and a loft with stairs for an extra place to sleep. You can walk to restaurants, the liquor store and to a motel (if it starts to rain). It's currently configured as a duplex, but easy to convert back to a SFD. There are no reports, going through probate.
