Full time residency is not allowed and a primary residence must be maintained elsewhere. Vacation Rentals are not allowed. No renting/leasing of any kind is allowed. No investor ownership is allowed. Buyer is also responsible for annual tangible property taxes which were $1052 for 2025. Conveyance of personal property and improvements shall be by bill of sale.
