Half bath in hall was converted to oversized pantry (or owners' closet) making longer stays even more enjoyable, however, this can easily be converted back to a 1/2 bath if preferred. Great sized closets, especially the master. Sleeps 8 in permanent beds, but an oversized beanbag that converts to a queen bed was added for extra sitting and sleeping area in the living room as well. Oversized custom built farmhouse dining table allows for many people to enjoy dinners together. Cable, internet, water, garbage, 24/7 gated security, amenities, & building insurance are included in HOA fees (homeowner needs HO6 policy to cover between the walls.).
