Half bath in hall was converted to oversized pantry (or owners' closet) making longer stays even more enjoyable, however, this can easily be converted back to a 1/2 bath if preferred. Great sized closets, especially the master. Sleeps 8 in permanent beds, but an oversized beanbag that converts to a queen bed was added for extra sitting and sleeping area in the living room as well. Cable, internet, water, garbage, 24/7 gated security, amenities, & building insurance are included in HOA fees (homeowner needs HO6 policy to cover between the walls.).
