There is plenty of room for most cars and pickups to turn around in the circle at the bottom (I have an extended Ford Expedition that has no trouble with coming and going). Seller owns both lots 23 and 24 and the gate and drive are on Lot 24. Lot 23 is for sale separately. Lot 23 is adjacent and to the west of Lot 24. Please close and relock gate when leaving.
