Home was insulated by Efficiency Vermont in 2008 and used as a primary residence until 2010. Since that time it was used occasionally as a vacation spot and had a new metal roof installed in 2016. There is an attached woodshed and the front deck is enclosed with glass windows and screens. There may be some seasonal views with clearing but it is hard to tell. The cabin is setback and elevated above the road offering substantial privacy. Septic system likely requires replacement. Seller says the deer are often in the front yard feeding on the apples. Very close to the beautiful Middlebury area known for its wonderful college atmosphere, shopping and restaurants.
