- The deck resurfaced and needs to be sealed. It needs a new handrail post and the 1 strow of siding needs to be replaced.
- The Oak tree electrical boxes need to be re-wired
- The left-side screened in porch needs a new door
- Kitchen window handle needs to be replaced
- The east-side exterior door jam and trim needs wood rot repair
- The right-side screened in needs wood rot repair to bottom trim and door jam
- The third level room's AC/Heating is not in operable working condition. The home owners have not explored the reason why. Flood Zone:
Georgetown recently performed a rezoning and the homeowners received notice in June - 2023 that the property is now considered to be in a flood zone and requires flood insurance. The current owners have never experienced a flood on the property, nor do they have any knowledge of past flooding. Termite Bond:
