This room is the only one that does not have a lake view but it does have a view of farmland

The shared bath on the second floor has a double sink vanity and a tub with a shower and toilet
The boat shed can be used to store the boat or as a workshop. It is wired for electricity and has a regular door plus a sliding door for boat storage.
As you can see, the exterior has lots of windows for that great view.
With a brick exterior and low maintenance siding, you do not have much upkeep on the home.
