There is to be absolutely NO: hunting, fishing, atv's, motorcycles, go carts, etc. NO: campers, rv's, boats, trailers, utility or construction type equipment, trucks (other than pickup trucks). The home and yard areas immediately surrounding the home are the only property included with the rent. Tenants can enjoy the lovely wooded views, but the wooded areas around the property are buffers and visual enhancements only (off limits, no access is allowed).
