and installed Installed new wood cookstove in kitchen Put new sheetrock on walls, painted all with water based paint Built closets in two bedrooms upstairs and bedroom downstairs,
plus pantry in kitchen Refinished all wood floors Put oak baseboard and all oak trim in house, around windows,

room New submersible well pump. New water holding tank and regulator about the same time New hot water tank, In May this year, tore up boards on kitchen porch, 30 ft. long
and replaced with treated 5/4" decking lumber Built new kitchen cabinets Tracked down owner of mineral rights and bought. Added onto the barn Built two run-in sheds Built stables and loafing area in back of stalls Built board fence Had bulldozer build flat riding ring Had bulldozer build road across the side of two mountains Had new well drilled and new holding tank installed.
