As mentioned before, there is a newer gas forced air furnace, and there is central air. The homeowner had electric baseboard heat prior to the gas furnace being installed. The baseboards are still there, but the breakers are shut off to them currently, and she hasn't used it since getting the gas furnace. The carpet in the home is older. It appears from pulling up on the floor vents that there might be hardwood floors under much of the carpet, but we can't guarantee that, or know the condition that they would be in.
