All windows replaced with New Low “E” Energy Windows, and New Front and Rear Doors. Rebuilt roof into “A” frame root with rubber roofing. New Hot Air Furnace and Central Air Conditioning Units were installed. The Submersible Well Pump and water line was also replaced. The original septic system is serviced every 3 years. The closest neighbor is the farm in the rear of the property about ¼ mile away. Plenty of privacy on this property.
