Wheland Village is also just up the street from the established St Elmo neighborhood which sits at the foot of Lookout Mountain and boasts numerous coffee shops, restaurants, retail and the famous Lookout Mtn Incline Railway, which provides quick access to the top of Lookout Mountain.
Wheland VIllage will consist of a four story multi-family building with 24 condo units, as well as a separate HOA consisting of 40 townhomes (coming in phase 2). The mixed use condo building will offer a commercial space on the main level, as well as 5 street level residential units that offer the ability to operate as short term rentals. Floors 2, 3 and 4 will be exclusively residential with no short term rental option, but does have the availability for 5 additional investor owners for longer term rentals. Pricing for the condos will start in the mid $200’s and there is a limited opportunity for pre-constriction pricing getting underway now. Construction is expected to commence by Spring 2025 and completion of the condo building is projected to be Fall 2026.
