Later additions likely made in the 1940-50s include a large country kitchen with fireplace, a large bedroom with hardwood floors and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms need upgrades. The roof is new. Heat is gas heaters in each room. No central HVAC. Plumbing needs upgrades. Electrical was upgraded in the past but is not current code complaint. The large lot is deeded as 3.9 acres but tax map says 3. It has a nice open meadow behind the house and a wooded area beyond that. An old barn is restorable and another old building is questionable. This home has been in the same family over 100 years. One of the best preserved historic renovation projects I have seen. A true classic legacy home.
