The library is complete with a secret sliding door which provides access to the former servants hall, now a back access to the kitchen. The largely fireproof house is constructed of structural clay tile covered with red-tinted stucco. The basement walls are built of rough-hewn granite and the two upper floors are of concrete. With some repair work and modern updates this house will be an absolute show piece. The city has already given approval for the address to be changed to Walton Avenue if the new owners wish.
