The two-car barn and workshop features tack space with nine saddle racks, plus an indoor sick bay. A large 100 x 150 Arena shares the same scenic views as from the Lodge. The Bunk House is a two level log cabin set in a mature aspen grove. Amenities are a kitchen with wood and propane cook stove, living area, and full bath. Upper loft has room for two double beds. Partially covered front porch with beautiful views, and A-Frame woodshed. Spring fed domestic water and Overland Ditch irrigation for lawn and outside use. The Gunnison Water Basin is home to large herds of deer and elk. Proven track record of substantial income from grazing cattle, hunting, and vacationers.
