A mature Hass avocado grove with records showing very good production has approximately over 1,400 trees. About 200 mature Fuyu persimmon trees are also cultivated on the land. There is space for additional tree plantings, if so desired. Two adjoining parcels are sold together and extend beyond the creek to the other side of De Luz Road, where two hay barns are standing.
