Perkins Gardens is one of the Best Kept Condo Secrets in town! I can't say enough good about it. Come let me show it to you- It is so close to Theater Memphis, a movie theater, great shopping and excellent restaurants! Nearly perfect location in Memphis!
This shows the grounds outside of the unit. See the tall pencil tree in the back? You can sort of see a balcony going across...that is this unit. This is a wonderful establised community/neighorjpod with nice people who care about their property.
I am standing in the parking spot where you would park for this unit. There is also an assigned covered spot in the big garage which is right next to this end unit. The windows on the right of the wide stone column also go to this end unit on the left.
The den is a nice size den/dining area with a fireplace. BRAND NEW PAINT! BRAND NEW CARPET and good light.
A shot of the den and the door you would usually be coming in from the parking lot. There is assigned covered parking in the big garage right next to this unit- great unit location within the community!
Paint and carpet are BRAND SPANKING NEW - the dark shown is shadow only...carpet is light, bright and beautiful! Under the light would be the dining area.
Standing at the front door looking down the hall to the den and to the left is the kitchen. Straight out the door would be the parking area. Laurelwood shopping center is just around the corner with bookstore, clothing, dining, etc!
Stairs going up to the bedrooms and door out to a small covered patio area. You would go out this door to get to the pool which is about 7 seconds away but not so close as to be bothered with pool noise.
Behind the louvered doors are the washer and dryer and they can stay (unwarranted/as-is) with the unit if desired. All very nuetral and move in ready. I am standing in the breakfast area to take the picture.
The dble ovens, refrig, dishwasher, washer,dryer can stay, in 'as-is' condition, if buyer would like them. As far as we know, they worked at the time the seller moved out. At the far end is the eat-in area large enough for a nice size table and chairs.
Bedroom #1 has a walk in closet and attached full bathroom and a balcony (behind where I am standing to take the picture) and a ceiling fan. The units here at Perkins Gardens have very good storage!

Bedroom number two with a big pretty tree just outside. Guess what? YOU don't have to rake the leaves! The association does that...all you have to do is sit on the balcony and have a glass of wine!

Have you looked at some homes or condos and the bathtubs look like they were made to swim goldfish in because they are so shallow? Not here. Nice deep old heavy tub...not the cheap plastic type. You have to love it!
I am standing in the door of bedroom number two looking down the hall to the stairs. At the end of the hall to the right is bedroom number one.
Walgeens is literally JUST down the street...you could almost throw a rock...if you were kind of strong!
Across the street from Walgreens is Kroger grocery store which is close to Dixie Cafe, Pacific Rim, Fed/EX Kinko's, New upcoming Soul Fish & more. Easy distance to Laurelwood Shopping Center and Poplar Perkin coffee shop. CLOSE TO JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING!
First Tennessee Bank is down the street and Suntrust Bank is around the corner.
A little farther, but not much, is Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, The Wine Shop, Target, The Post Office, Super Lo grocery, Lenny's Sub Shop and more!
Clearly one of the most centrally perfectly located positions in the entire city if you don't want to have to drive..or drive very far!
The pool is located in the center of the complex....come enjoy.
