Eligible for Manufactured Homes, Single Family Residences and Modular Homes! Summers will be very mild up here and winters may leave you with a couple inches of snow for a day or two. Access is off of I-40 down 7 miles of asphalt and then 9 miles of gravel 5 of those gravel miles are VERY well maintained the last 4 are not. Dramatic landscape & Stunning Views! Our Street curves along the entire northern and eastern boundary lines, and is very steep as it climbs East. You really do need a 4wd to get up this road. Coming down Our Street going West is breathtaking! There is a back way via Bucks Rd which climbs gradually, but is longer and has a few bumpy places; overall not bad for a relaxing drive in the country. Lots are heavily wooded and have views for miles all the way to the San Francisco Peaks in Flagstaff. The elevation is 5100 - 6100 feet above sea level making a cool escape.
