Electricity could come by solar or a generator. Or you could just be tough and go without. The custom outhouse takes care of that end of things. This inviting camp is great for hunting, snowmobiling, hiking, writing, practicing tai chi, whatever you want. Shepard Hill Road is a trail that is not maintained by the town. Property owners on the road do the maintenance themselves. Please note that the road is not drivable by car year round. Snowmobile and four wheelers are good for winter and mud season.
