It occupies an approximately one acre lot which is also situated with an unfinished 4,000 square foot garage which could serve as a commercial garage or other storage or commercially constructed facility. The garage is listed separately and both structures may be finished out to the buyers specifications. The properties are in an unincorporated area of Travis County with No zoning, No HOA, No private restrictions, and no city municipal zoning authority, that we could identify. Given these factors, and provided each resulting lot meets Travis County development standards, suggests that the property appears eligible for re-plat as a two-lot minor subdivision. This would allow the detached garage to be placed on its own legal parcel. No regulatory conflicts seem to appear based on the permit, jurisdiction maps, or known subdivision limitations. A surveyor or engineer should confirm.
