There is a community boat ramp and low HOA fees ($260 annually). Best of all, you'll enjoy spectacular SUNSETS over the water. Covenants require that single story homes be a minimum of 1600 sq ft. Two story homes are required to have at least 1200 sq ft on the first floor.
