PLEASE NOTE this property is an old seasonal cottage. It is not set up to be lived in year round. It is likely uninsulated, does not have a heat source, the foundation is not enclosed and water lines are exposed to the elements. Over the last year, several contractors have looked at the property and they all agree making the cottage suitable for year round living would not be cost effective. If you are looking for a full-time year round home, please consider another property. The 'well' is a shallow cistern, which is fine for showering and flushing toilets, but not drinking.
