All units include a personnel door and 14’ tall overhead doors with widths ranging from 14' wide or 16' wide, allowing for large rigs, motorhomes and lifts. There will also be a 3,300 SF onsite race garage owned and operated by Charles Wicht Racing to provide race tech services to our community racers. There is a 24/7 dedicated parcel room and full-time daily concierge staff to assist members with any needs. This community will be very social and is not just for racers but also those with a passion for their toys including motorcycle and car collections or boats and RV's. Member-only and public events are planned offering social and networking opportunities for all. Low HOA fees of +/- $300/month.
