The ranch is bordered by very large neighbors to the North, East, and South making it very private and favorable to let whitetail deer reach maturity. There are 8 deer stands, 10 (600 pound) corn feeders, 4 (1000 pound) protein feeders, and 4 food plots to keep animals well fed and on location. The ranch has undergone a full year-round feed program for the last 5 years including protein during the horn growing months. The whitetail herd on this ranch has been managed meticulously and will undoubtedly produce numerous trophy class deer this upcoming season. The ranch has been extremely limited grazing for the last 5 years to emphasize the abundance of deer, quail, and turkeys. Bob white and scaled or blue quail are abundant on the ranch with hundreds of babies throughout the property. The owners enjoyed seeing 25+ covey per day average during the 2025-26 hunting season. The ranch is conveniently located only 40 miles to Lubbock, 110 miles to Midland, and 260 miles to Fort Worth. The property corners the Post-Garza county municipal airport with a runway long enough for mid-sized jets.
