Tract is located in southern Robeson County between McDonald and Fairmont. This tract is located 3 miles from US 74/NC 41 Interchange and 12 miles from Exit 10 on Interstate 95. The Dallas Road Tract is found at the intersection of Pleasant Hope Rd and Dallas Road with 80.5 acres along Pleasant Hope and Dallas Road and an additional 27 acres across Dallas Road. Tract contains 3,620 feet of road frontage with public water available along both roads. Outside of the 31.5 acres of agriculture fields, the 76-acre balance is confined within a 15-year-old pine plantation with areas of hardwood throughout.
