- $250 Holding Fee (to be applied to 1st months' rent)
- $25 non-refundable application fee (per adult)
- Three months of pay stubs (signed offer of employment if starting a new job)
- Proof of other income listed on application, if needed to qualify
- Proof of ID (per adult 18 and older)
- Name and telephone number of current and previous landlord(s)
- Name and telephone of an employment supervisor that is authorized to verify employment information, including salary
