Prior to joining COMPASS, Elshan worked for a luxury home developer, where he was the organization's leading real estate salesperson and brand & marketing strategy advisor. Early-on he played a key role in repositioning the company brand image and promoted a new brand name that transformed the company brand recognition from mid-luxury to prime-luxury. As company liaison, Elshan has hosted numerous successful promotional collaborations with other luxury brands, both world-renowned and local. His opinion was repeatedly sought to assess the viability of new development projects.

Elshan studied Finance and Computer Science during his college years. He attended Stern School of Business at New York University. Elshan was offered a part-time job at Merrill Lynch at age 18. Elshan has done business and lived in 4 countries throughout his career. He can effortlessly and naturally build meaningful, life-long relationships with his seller and buyer clients alike, who come from all parts of the world.
