About Alan
During a successful twenty-year career in technology in San Francisco, Alan discovered his true passion for real estate, architecture, and design once he landed in Sonoma/Napa Valley with his family. Over the next decade, he invested in, developed, and sold luxury properties throughout Wine Country before moving his family to Charlotte.
With his authentic social nature, a "make it happen" approach to business, and an understanding of the end-to-end construction process he has a proven ability to help clients realize their real estate dreams with a stable of experienced and talented vendors at his disposal to assist. Paired with Alanās thoughtful, proactive approach to real estate, skillful negotiation, and natural ability to keep his clients at ease, yet focused at the same time, all prove to be valuable assets in making sure buyers and sellers find success navigating the competitive Charlotte market. Alan and his wife Amy, a native Charlottean, were excited to come back South to the Queen City in 2021 and settle into the Providence CC community with their son Hudson. When he is not managing smooth transactions or enjoying good family time, Alan loves hiking, the Golden State Warriors, and an occasional golf weekend away complete with a cigar and a whiskey.
