"Andrew's positive, low-key and warm personality made an instant connection with us. His deep knowledge of the Berkeley market, its controlling factors and current inventory gave us high confidence we would be guided well in our bid to purchase a home. Andrew's analysis and recommendations, supported by his legal experience, were spot-on for each step in the competitive negotiations. We got the property we loved at a price we felt was fair for all involved. We look forward to continuing to work with Andrew as our property interests change and expand." - Ken S. and Katherine C.
