A native Brazilian, Annie fell in love with Aspen Valley 26 years ago while working as a corporate flight attendant. From the moment her feet touched down in the beautiful region, she knew she had to relocate there.
After turning her dream into a reality, Annie spent the next 17 years managing multiple luxury fashion brands in the Aspen and New York markets. But her personable demeanor and unfailing optimism inclined her toward a more client-facing position, so she decided to channel her passion for design and customer service into her successful real estate career.
Annie grew up as the youngest daughter of two hard-working farmers who did their best with the knowledge they had at the time. Whenever the lease was up, they moved as a family, creating a sense of instability that marked Annie's childhood. It wasn't an optimal housing situation, but before she moved to the United States, Annie was able to help her parents build their first home. Her time growing up in the South of Brazil empowered her real estate goals and dreams moving forward.
More than six years ago, Annie entered the real estate industry with the desire to make a difference. She focused on clients working and living in the Roaring Fork Valley. By utilizing her language skills (fluent in Portuguese and Spanish), Annie has already closed more than 130 sales. She feels fulfilled having helped so many clients bridge the language barrier to purchase their first home.
Her childhood experience has given Annie an acute sense of empathy to relate with newcomers to the area who might be nervous about buying or selling their property. Annie is sensitive to each client's needs and adept at negotiating sensitive business transactions. She is committed to helping others achieve their real estate goals.
A proud mother of a 22-year-old son, Annie loves spending time with her family, practicing yoga and running. She also volunteers at Snowmass as an ambassador, taking guests on ski tours.
