About Ben
Ben Fieman was born and raised in Diamond Head (Honolulu, Hawaii) and graduated from Iolani School. From there he doubled majored in Liberal Arts and Industrial & Systems Engineering at the University of San Diego in California and then went on to get a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Los Angeles. He returned home to work in his family business called Loco Boutique which designs, retails, and manufactures swimwear, and also created his own line of swimwear called Kaimana Beachwear.

"I was inspired by an article written by Warren Buffet, which stated there are only 3 ways to build wealth in America; you can own your own business, own stocks, or own real estate." This sparked his passion for learning about real estate because it is truly an amazing way to build wealth and earn income without as much risk.

Since then he has been selling real estate full time and won many awards such as the Client Service Award, Aloha Aina Award, and the Top 10 of Oahu Agents in sales. He sold $43M last year which RealTrends ranks as #4 on Oahu in transactions and #8 in sales volume. He has performed over 250 transactions and sold over $200M in real estate. More importantly he consistently receives 5-star testimonials. He realizes real estate is a long game and if he has his clients best interest at heart, they will reward him with referrals in the future. One thing that sets him apart from other agents is he doesn't negotiate just to get a deal done, he negotiates to get the best deal possible for his clients. He is married to his wife Julie (Miss Hawaii USA 2018) and together they have a daughter named Mila.
